The
standard version of CL132-5000
is equipped with
two opposed units.
Each unit is composed by a spindle with nose ISO50,
which is used for machining, and an additional side by
positioned spindle equipped for clamping the tubes on the
internal diameter.
Each spindle unit is mounted on an independent cast
iron saddle which is moved above integral hardened steel
guideways by means of precision ballscrews and Brushless
motors .
The
bed is manufactured of a thick section heavy duty steel plate,
it is an electro-welded and normalized structure, and above it
are fixed the two guideways.
The steel bed has been expressively designed with
internal evacuation chutes in order to convey the chips
towards the two opposed integrated conveyors.
Hydraulically
clamped self-centering jaws are mounted on the same guideways
where the saddles are positioned and moved. They are equipped
with floating and changeable vices and they allow to clamp the
tubes on the position determined by the centering spindles.
The longitudinal positioning of the jaws is obtained
thanks to the hooking to the working units and to the
displacement in manual mode.
The
machine is provided with a partial metal sheet enclosure
guarding which covers the working units; it works by means of
a two-hand control switch and it is equipped with a photocell
protecting device in order to bounder the working zone .
