The model CL90 executes the machining in only one axial phase and
it is expressively used for facing and chamfering operations on the
extremities of elbows.
Engineered to meet today's needs of higher productivity and accuracy in
order to simplify the end machining operations on elbows, this model
combines power and rigidity with the availability of an integrated
loading/unloading device and with a Control Panel conceived for an
easy and friendly programming.
The standard version of CL90 is equipped with two opposed units
positioned at 90° one with regards to the other one, each one of
them uses an ISO50 spindle unit
Each spindle in mounted on an independent cast iron saddle
which is moved above integral hardened steel guideways by means of
precision ballscrews and Brushless motors .
The bed is manufactured of a thick section heavy duty
steel plate, electro-welded and normalized, and above it are fixed
the two guideways. The
steel bed has been expressively designed with internal evacuation
chutes in order to convey the chips towards the integrated conveyor.
A rotating table, positioned inside the working area, is equipped with a
couple of shaped cradles and there the workpieces are clamped.
The workpiece coming from the loading conveyor is
automatically loaded on the available cradle meanwhile the other one
is busy in the working area.
The machine is provided
with a full metal sheet enclosure guarding and with sliding doors
equipped with emergency micro switch.
